Our boutique company started 30 years ago in response to the big-box cookie cutter retail shops that lacked the personal attention and service that customers truly deserve. What evolved was a client-centric approach that delivered better results that saved our customers time and money (and increased their happiness expectations).

Perry Griffin - Residential Sales Broker
Perry grew up in King NC and moved to Winston-Salem NC in 1981. He worked with UPS as a delivery driver for 33 years and developed an expanded knowledge of the Piedmont Triad. Knowing the 'lay of the land' knowledge base helped tremendously in his career as a real estate broker.
